An undercover journalist working with OMG's James O'Keefe captured undercover film footage of senior Disney vice president Michael Giordano admitting that the children's entertainment empire purposely and actively discriminates against men with fair skin when it comes to the company's hiring process.

White men are almost never chosen for Disney's modern television and film productions, Giordano said. In violation of federal discrimination laws, Disney seeks out "ethnic," disabled and sexually perverse people to join its ranks and "become a church of woke, sacrificing merit and success for ideological purity," to quote Zero Hedge.

Admitting that he himself is a man with white skin, Giordano revealed that he is much less likely than his dark-skinned female counterparts to be given a promotion. He would need to have female reproductive organs and a more chocolate skin tone in order to even be considered, it turns out.

Disney also discriminates against ethnics if their skin is "too white"

Disney is not yet forcing its potential hires to take DNA tests to determine their ethnic heritage, but it is making judgment calls based simply on skin tone, which means even those of mixed ethnic background are being discriminated against.

One can be half black and half white and still be passed up for hiring at Disney if his or her skin is "too white," Giordano admitted to the undercover reporter. The same goes for white people with dark skin, who as long as they "look the part" might get hired by Disney.

White people, in other words, simply need to get very tan in order to increase their chances of being hired at Disney. Just go out in the sun and bake yourself until you look really, really brown – then you might be chosen as the next Disney princess, even if you have man parts!
